What is a behavior?

Dictionary definition: the way in which one acts or conducts oneself, especially toward others

Behaviors at work place (Professional Behaviors that we focus on at #PBJAM) are of two types:

• Personal behaviors - help or hurt an individual employee to be more effective and efficient
• Inter-personal behaviors - help or hurt an employee and/or team to manage organizational friction, to seek individuals to contribute more and to improve organization’s confidence toward achieving and sustaining success

Behaviors are intentional actions unlike habits.
